Once everything is decided, we will draft a contract to commence the construction of your new home, whether it's a single project or part of a larger commercial construction endeavor.

During this phase, we will guide you through the material selection process for your custom home, while we take care of submitting and processing all permits and paperwork related to construction. You will also meet with our supply partners in Las Cruces to shop for your allowance-based items. 

During this stage, a package is also delivered to the lender and the home is appraised. Once the lender approves the construction loan, we will begin the construction of your custom home as part of our design-build approach.

During this phase, your dreams and ideas for your custom homes start to become reality! With our design-build plan in place and construction team assembled, we begin by building a sturdy foundation and precise layout. When all the pieces come together and our inspections ensure we meet and exceed our standard of perfection, the final details will seamlessly align for completion. Our dedicated home builder team of painters, drywall experts, plumbing affiliates, and carpenters will fine-tune every aspect to transform your project into your dream new home.

Once your custom home is finished, we will have an instructional meeting to show you the components of your new home. Following that, you will close on your custom homes, and within 30 days after you move in, we will conduct our 30-day meeting to address any minor flaws that may need attention. We believe in giving you time to experience your home for 30 days before we return.
