THE CUSTOM HOME BUILDING PROCESS

As the first and one of the most important steps in the process of building a new home. At this point you need to talk with a local lender to help you determine the price range you have to work with and where you feel comfortable.

Whether you bring your own plan or we create a new one for you. We will work with you to understand your ideas and dreams of your custom home, collaborating and making sure it fits within your budget. 

Once everything is decided, we create a contract to build your new home.

During this phase, we will guide you through the material selection process for your new home, while we take care of submitting and processing all permits and paperwork. You will also meet with our supply partners in Las Cruces to shop for your allowance based items. 

During this stage a package is also delivered to the lender and the home is appraised. Once the lender approves the construction loan we will begin the construction of your custom home.

 During this phase, your dreams and ideas for your custom home start to become reality! With our plan in place and construction team assembled, we begin by building a sturdy foundation and precise layout. When the pieces are all put together and our inspections ensure that we are at and above our standard of perfection, the final details will fall right into place for completion. Our home builder team of painters, drywall experts, plumbing affiliates and carpenters begin to fine tune all of the different aspects that will make your project your dream new home. 

  Once your custom home is finished we have an instructional meeting to show you the components of the new home.  After that you close and within 30 days after you move in we have our 30-day meeting for any minor flaws that might need to be taken care of.  We like giving you time to experience your home for 30 days before we come back. 

We offer an extensive home builder warranty which we share for your review prior to contract. Thanks to our thorough process, we have brought to you a complete final product, a place for you to call home for years to come.
